Shipping is free on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.

Most orders arrive 7 to 15 business days after they ship. Personalized items are made to order, so they can take a few extra days before they ship.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take 24 to 72 hours to show up. You can also use our Track order page.

Email us as soon as possible at gefte@noviqe.com with your order number and the new name. We can only change it before your item goes into production, which can happen quickly.

We print or engrave exactly what you type, so please check the spelling before you order. If your item arrives with a different spelling than what you typed, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail (back length) and around the widest part of the chest. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size.

We currently ship within the United States.
