Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized items are made to order and can take a few extra days before they ship.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Ordering for Christmas

Please order early. Holiday gifts, and especially personalized ones, need production time plus transit time. We will tell our subscribers by email, and post here, the last day to order for Christmas delivery.

Tracking

You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24 to 72 hours to show up. You can also use our Track order page.
