Welcome to Noviqe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of noviqe.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us
Noviqe ("we", "us", "our") sells personalized and holiday gifts for pets and the people who love them. You can contact us at gefte@noviqe.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Product use and pet safety
Please read the product description and any care notes before using a product. Supervise your pet when it uses toys, clothing or accessories, and stop using any item that becomes worn, damaged or uncomfortable for your pet. Keep small parts and jewelry away from young children and pets that may chew them.
4. Personalized items
Personalized items are made to order using exactly the text and choices you enter. Please check the spelling and your selections before you place your order. Personalized items cannot be returned for change of mind. They are covered if they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Product information and images
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, materials and finishes may differ slightly from what you see on screen because of lighting, display settings and manufacturing variation. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies on the Site at any time.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.
7. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, limit or cancel any order for reasons such as product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
8. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Offers and discounts
Automatic discounts, such as bundle savings and free gifts, apply only while they are advertised and only to the products named in the offer. They cannot be combined with each other or with discount codes unless we say so. We may change or end an offer at any time.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes or submit false or misleading information.
12. Intellectual property
The Noviqe name, logo, design and Site content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission. Third-party brand names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noviqe is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including misuse of products or failure to follow care or safety notes. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
