Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $35
Orders of $35 or more ship free. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalized items are made to order and can take a few extra days before they ship. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Peak seasons, weather and carrier delays can add extra time.
Ordering for Christmas
Please order early. Holiday gifts, and especially personalized ones, need production time plus transit time. We will tell our subscribers by email, and post here, the last day to order for Christmas delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are fulfilled through our network of suppliers and fulfillment partners, so your package may ship from a warehouse in a different location.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to update after shipping. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at gefte@noviqe.com. We can only change an address before the order has shipped.
Delayed, lost or damaged packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us at gefte@noviqe.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos. We will investigate and make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
