We want you and your pet to love your order. This policy explains how returns, refunds and replacements work at Noviqe.
Standard items: 30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Personalized items
Personalized items are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the spelling and your choices before you order. If a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (for example, the name is spelled differently than what you typed), email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If any item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at gefte@noviqe.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
How to start a return
- Email gefte@noviqe.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before your return is approved.
- Pack the item securely.
Return shipping
If we made an error (wrong, damaged or defective item), we cover the return shipping costs. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
